Borough Ordinances

The borough ordinances have been in place since the borough was first established as Uniontown in 1864. They have been expanded and changed over the years as the needs of our town have changed. In 2010, the borough council took on the project of totally redoing the borough ordinances. After several years of work, the ordinances have been completely updated to address the needs of our community for the 21st century. You can access the Borough Ordinances by downloading the following PDF file.
