The Pillow Borough Council is the governing body for the town. It is comprised of one mayor and six council members. With the exception of the secretary/treasurer, they are elected positions with four year terms. There are also three auditors who are elected to six year terms.
The council holds a public meeting on the second Tuesday of each month, 7:30PM, at the Borough Municipal Hall at 129 North Pine Street. Residents are invited to attend.

The borough ordinances have been in place since the borough was first established as Uniontown in 1864. They have been expanded and changed over the years as the needs of our town have changed. In 2010, the borough council took on the project of totally redoing the borough ordinances. After several years of work, the ordinances have been completely updated to address the needs of our community for the 21st century. The Pillow Borough Water Authority is comprised of five elected officials. The authority meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM at Borough Hall located on Pine Street. These meetings are open to the public. Residents are invited to attend.
You can pay you bill through the mail, or at the drop box located on the side of the building at 174 South Union Street.
